Refund & Cancellation Protocol

At Maktab E Qalam, we distribute premium digital workflows, AI architectures, and intellectual property. Because of the strictly digital nature of our assets, our financial protocols are absolute. Please review this document meticulously prior to initiating any transaction on maktabeqalam.online.

1. The Nature of Digital Delivery

Unlike physical e-commerce where goods can be returned, Maktab E Qalam distributes digital algorithms and downloadable archives. Upon a successful handshake with our payment gateway, our servers instantly generate your decryption keys and grant you access.

Because digital data is inherently "consumed" the moment it is accessed, downloaded, or viewed, it cannot be physically returned. Therefore, we strictly do not offer standard "buyer's remorse" refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once access has been granted.

2. Technical Exceptions & TAT

Refunds will be authorized only under the following technical anomalies:

• Duplicate Transactions: If a network timeout causes our payment aggregator to charge your card multiple times for a single Order ID.
• Total Non-Delivery: If a confirmed payment is deducted, but our server completely fails to populate the digital asset in your Dashboard within 48 hours, and our technical team cannot manually provision access.

3. Escalation Protocol

Submit a formal request to maktabeqalam@outlook.com within 3 days (72 hours) of the anomalous transaction. Include your Order ID and proof of error. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately, and funds will credit back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
